Tommy Campbell

Founder & CEO

Tommy Campbell is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of White Bridge Capital. He is responsible for the firm's overall strategic direction and client and partner relationships, providing strategic guidance on complex financial and investment decisions.

With over 20 years of corporate and private banking experience across the Americas, he advises clients on these matters. Before founding White Bridge Capital, he held senior roles at Citi Private Bank, including Head of Lending for Latin America, Head of Mexico, and Head of Business Development for Latin America, managing cross-border needs of Family Offices and overseeing the joint venture between the Investment Bank and Private Bank.

He has extensive experience across a broad range of financing solutions, including asset-backed, corporate, and specialty lending, with a proven track record of originating more than US$20 billion in financing transactions and structuring and managing complex transactions and loan portfolios. His experience also spans real estate, having grown residential and commercial real estate portfolios and worked closely with Family Offices on cross-border real estate investments and developments. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Regina Garcia Handal

Chief Investment Officer & COO

Regina Garcia Handal is a Founding Partner, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of White Bridge Capital. As Chief Investment Officer, she leads the firm’s private investment activities, with a particular focus on real estate co-investments, overseeing investment evaluation, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio strategy. She also provides strategic leadership across White Bridge Capital’s credit advisory platform, helping shape and execute tailored financing solutions across a broad range of asset classes and credit situations. As Chief Operating Officer, Regina is responsible for the firm’s operating platform, ensuring White Bridge has the infrastructure, processes, and organizational discipline required to support its growth across both advisory and investment activities.

Regina has extensive experience across real estate debt and equity, having led more than US$2 billion of transactions across the capital stack. Her experience spans senior and mezzanine debt, preferred equity, bridge and construction financing, acquisitions, refinancings, and direct equity investments across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes in the United States and Mexico.

Prior to founding White Bridge Capital, Regina held roles at Blackstone, Citi Private Bank, GE Capital Real Estate, and Credit Suisse, where she structured, underwrote, and executed sophisticated real estate financings and investment strategies for institutional and private clients.

Regina holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.

Kathia Sanchez

Director Real Estate Capital Solutions

Kathia Sanchez is the Director of Real Estate Capital Solutions at White Bridge Capital, where she specializes in structuring, underwriting, and closing real estate investments. With a strong foundation in lending, financial planning, and commercial real estate, she plays a critical role in executing investment strategies that align with the firm’s goals and deliver exceptional results.

Throughout her career, Kathia has held key positions at globally renowned institutions such as Blackstone, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Citi Private Bank, and General Electric. At these organizations, she was instrumental in managing substantial lending portfolios, designing innovative financial solutions, and executing strategic investments across various real estate asset classes. Her ability to navigate sophisticated financial structures and adapt to different client needs has consistently driven success.

Kathia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Blanca Albert

Director of Asset Management & Deal Execution

Blanca is the Director of Asset Management & Deal Execution at White Bridge Capital, where she leads the firm’s asset management activities and plays a central role in the execution and closing of its private investments. Her responsibilities span portfolio oversight, investment performance and reporting, as well as coordinating the structuring and execution process required to bring new investments to closing.

Blanca is a senior financial risk and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience across portfolio management, risk governance, transaction execution, and financial operations. Throughout her career at leading global and regional financial institutions, including General Electric, Blackstone, and Credit Suisse, she has worked on complex investment transactions, refinancings, restructurings, and institutional real estate portfolios, bringing a disciplined approach to both transaction execution and ongoing asset management.

Her experience combines deep financial and operational expertise with a strong understanding of the processes and controls required to manage investments effectively throughout their lifecycle.

Blanca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Rodrigo Olagaray

Vice President

Rodrigo Olagaray is a Vice President at White Bridge Capital, where he focuses on deal structuring, underwriting, and execution across credit and private investment opportunities. He supports the development of tailored credit solutions and the evaluation and execution of direct investments, working across the capital structure and contributing from initial analysis through closing.

Prior to joining White Bridge Capital, Rodrigo spent nearly a decade in real estate investment and asset management, most recently at Catena Asset Management, which originated from the spinoff of Credit Suisse’s Asset Management business in Mexico. During his tenure at Credit Suisse México, he led real estate loan structuring processes for a real estate debt portfolio with approximately $1 billion in AUM, developing the financial architecture for multiple transactions and managing portfolio leverage strategies through structures including subscription lines, loan-on-loan facilities, and A/B notes. He began his career in the firm’s Private Banking division, supporting underwriting and manager selection for private placement funds across real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital.

Rodrigo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University.

Ford von Weise

Head of Aircraft Financing

Ford von Weise is Head of Aircraft Financing at White Bridge Capital, where he leads the firm’s aircraft financing practice. He advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices on the acquisition, financing, and refinancing of business and personal aircraft, structuring tailored solutions for complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He is also the CEO of Sankaty Jet Capital, a business aviation lending platform.

Ford brings more than 30 years of aviation finance experience. From 2006 to 2024, he led Citi Private Bank’s Aircraft Finance business, overseeing the structuring and execution of complex aircraft financings across a broad range of transaction sizes and jurisdictions. Prior to Citi, he held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, GMAC, and Lend Lease. An instrument-rated pilot with more than 2,500 flight hours, Ford combines deep financial expertise with firsthand aviation experience. He has served on several industry boards, including the National Aircraft Finance Association, and holds a degree from the University of Vermont.

Andrea Ahgue Renteria

Analyst

Andrea Ahgue Renteria is an Analyst at White Bridge Capital, supporting the firm’s credit advisory and investment activities across real estate and other asset classes. Her work spans deal analysis, financial underwriting, market research, and the structuring of financing opportunities, as well as investor relations and reporting for a global base of family offices and institutional investors. She is involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, from transaction execution and capital solutions to asset management and portfolio reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Aashish Ponda

Senior Advisor

Aashish Ponda serves as Senior Advisor to White Bridge Capital, supporting the firm in structuring complex and highly customized financing solutions across insurance, specialty assets, and other bespoke credit products. Aashish brings more than three decades of experience in global lending, structured finance, and asset-backed credit.

He previously served as Global Head of Lending at Citi Private Bank, where he managed a US$100 billion lending portfolio and oversaw the structuring and execution of a broad range of financing solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients worldwide. His experience spans complex cross-border transactions, balance-sheet optimization, and tailored lending strategies across multiple asset classes. Prior to Citi, Aashish held senior roles at UBS, Zurich Capital Markets, and ABN AMRO Bank. He is also a real estate investor, an Adjunct Professor at New York University, a lawyer, and a Chartered Accountant.
