White Bridge Capital is a cross-border real estate investment firm focused on sourcing the most attractive opportunities in the US for Latin American Family Offices, and in Mexico for US Family Offices.
The founders’ extensive experience in banking and real estate private markets, combined with their long-standing relationships with operators is what differentiates White Bridge Capital.
The company’s conviction is that the real estate private markets will continue to increasingly provide alpha and diversification to portfolios in the years to come. In turn, niche strategies where managers and investors are close to the operators and underlying assets are going to further outperform.
Meet our Founders
Tommy Campbell
Founder & Managing Partner
Tommy Campbell, is a banking executive with almost 20 years of experience covering corporate and private banking clients in Latin America. He has held several senior positions including Head of Mexico for Citi Private Bank and Head of Business Development for Latin America, serving the cross-border needs of the largest Family Offices in the region. He also served as Head of Citi Private Bank’s Lending business for Latin America where he grew assets from $4Bn to $7.5Bn, with a strong focus on structured lending, real estate and private equity funds finance. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Regina Garcia Handal
Founder & Managing Partner
Regina Garcia Handal, has extensive experience in commercial real estate investments. She has worked at blue-chip financial institutions such as Blackstone, Citi Private Bank, GE Capital Real Estate and Credit Suisse. She has originated, structured and closed over $2Bn of real estate investments in both Mexico and the USA across all major asset classes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Anahuac University in Mexico City.
